Small but dangers and MGLC on-going collaborations
The portfolio entitled Color white graphics: F, R, E, Š was conceived by the artist duo Small but dangers and contains four silkscreen prints. They are brought together by the differently coloured surface areas that playfully contrast with the whiteness of the paper. The prints were created from found and selected cut-up scraps of coloured collage paper.
The portfolio is characterised by a thoughtful use of the silkscreen printmaking technique, based on the precise printing of uniform areas of colour, and the witty creation of new mental and visual paradoxes.
The artistic duo Duo Small but dangers is exploring visual language in connection with understanding of contemporary life, within the SAiR project also in the theoretical and practical discourse of sustainability.
