The SAiR (Sustainability is in the AiR) project will develop long-term residential exchange and cooperation between four European residential centres, support the mobility of artists and their sustainable creative practices, and provide new knowledge on sustainability.

Sara García's project "moulding mourning mouths" delves into sensory experiences with fermented foods, challenging perspectives on darkness and reality, while Adrianna Szojda's SAiR residency focuses on tracing regenerative practices to amplify non-hegemonic knowledge and enhance community resilience in ecosocial crises.

The SAiR project will be strongly committed to nurturing the talents and supporting the art practices of eight artists who will be hosted in residential centres in Ljubljana, Prague, Madrid and Athens for 2 to 3 months each.
